Save Bear Valley Elementary

JOIN US TO ADVOCATE FOR BEAR VALLEY ELEMENTARY

Bear Valley Elementary has been recommended for permanent closure by the Anchorage School District as part of their Rightsizing initiative. ASD plans for the closure at the end of the 2024-2025 school year. Bear Valley students would be split up between three different elementary schools in south Anchorage. The programs offered by our partner, the Bear Valley Community Association, would no longer be able to meet the critical need of before and after-care or pre-K to our neighborhood. Bear Valley PTA needs your help as we organize to advocate for our students, staff, and community.
