We encourage all parents to get involved, share your insight, and contribute your talents to continue to make Bear Valley Elementary an exceptional school! Whether you have a few hours to spare at an event or you want to take on a more significant role, we have a place for you in our PTA family and your contributions are appreciated. We need your help to support the Scholastic Book Fair! The book fair will be open Monday, October 21st through Thursday, October 24th. We will be setting up and tearing down on October 17th and 28th.

The holiday store will be a one day event this year! We are looking for help with planning the effort ahead of the event which will be on December 7th, 2024.

We are looking for parents who are interested in being committee chairs for this event. This is a big undertaking and requires a lot of manpower to make it a success for our students! If you are willing to help coordinate volunteers, secure donations, be a shopper, help with set up and take down, as well as collaborate on ways to continue to make this such a popular event, we need you! A few things we plan to add are a coffee/hot chocolate station, the annual giving tree, photo opportunities and more!
