Volunteer Opportunities
We encourage all parents to get involved, share your insight, and contribute your talents to continue to make Bear Valley Elementary an exceptional school! Whether you have a few hours to spare at an event or you want to take on a more significant role, we have a place for you in our PTA family and your contributions are appreciated. We'll keep a list of current volunteer opportunities below!
Collection for baskets: 9-20 September
Our second annual auction and glow dance is just around the corner, on October 13th! Teachers have signed up for classroom basket themes, and donation slots are open! Many businesses in our community have once again donated to this event. We are asking each grade level to put together a themed basket to auction off. Please find your child’s grade level and follow the link to see how you could help complete these baskets. We'll collect supplies for baskets from 9-20 September.
Set up and tear down: 18 and 28 October

We need your help to support the Scholastic Book Fair! The book fair will be open Monday, October 21st through Thursday, October 24th. We will be setting up and tearing down on October 18th and 28th.
Slots are full! Thank you, volunteers! The Lyons Center will be conducting vision screening on Thursday, September 26th.
Please help Nurse Tyra with assisting the Lyons group as they do their annual vision screening at Bear Valley.
